Hi, I’m Cess, the person behind One More, Please.

I started this little brownie business from the small kitchen in my home, with a small oven that could only bake one batch at a time. I work a full-time job and support myself, so building this business means finding time between shifts, everyday responsibilities and paying the bills.

​

I wanted to earn a little more, but I also wanted something of my own. Something I could put my creativity into, be proud of and hopefully grow into something bigger one day.

​

For now, I’m the one baking, decorating, packing your brownies and replying to your messages. Some days are tiring, and I’m still learning how to balance everything. But seeing an order ready to go, or hearing that someone enjoyed their brownies, gives me a reason to keep going.

My oven is small, but I have big dreams for One More Please. I hope that one day I’ll have a bigger space, bake more batches and look back at this little kitchen as the place where it all began.
